Privacy notice
This notice explains how GLOBALCELL WORLD ("we") handles personal data on globalcell.dev, in the sandbox sign-up and when partners use the eSIM API.
1. Who is responsible
GLOBALCELL WORLD is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: hello@globalcell.partners.
2. What we collect
- Sign-up details: company name, contact name, work email, country, website, partner type, current eSIM provider and expected volume, if you give them.
- Records of your acceptance of the Mutual NDA: version, date and time, and the IP address used.
- Technical data: IP addresses and request logs of the website and the API, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- API usage: orders, package activations and balance movements made with your keys.
3. Why we use it
- To create your sandbox, issue your keys and provide the Service (performance of a contract, or steps before entering into one).
- To contact you about the partner agreement, wholesale prices and your integration (our legitimate interest in building a business relationship).
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse and keep records of agreements (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
4. Your customers' data
When you place orders for your end customers, we process their data (for example eSIM identifiers and usage) on your behalf as a processor. The terms for this are set out in a data processing agreement that forms part of the partner agreement.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email, the network operators and eSIM platforms that deliver connectivity), under contracts that protect it, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Sign-up records and NDA acceptances are kept for as long as we have a business relationship and for the limitation period afterwards. Security logs are kept for a limited period. Order and accounting records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
8. Cookies
globalcell.dev uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party content.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise them, write to hello@globalcell.partners.

We will publish any changes to this notice on this page with a new version.
